According to the literature covered under this topic, a wide variety of theories has been enlisted dealing with the factors affecting the choices made by the graduate employees and employers. Adkins and Esser (2015) according to the perspective of the employer, the graduate employees must possess specific sot skills such as team-working and communication skills. Lamparello and MacLean (2014) has stated the fact that more employers have further illustrated that many employers have stated their concern regarding the lack of teamwork skill and a clear picture of conceptual definition of teamwork. This would state employers need to put more emphasis on employee benefits such as providing more compelling work experiences and opportunities and establishing reward system that appreciates employees efforts and successes. The strategies that are used by the employers in order to guarantee the effectiveness of the employees show that communication and team-working are the possible ways to narrow the gap of the expectation from both graduate employees and employers. There are numerous benefits for employers for developing team-working skills within the employees of the organization. In an organization, team-working skills are considered as one of the most vital aspects among the employees that help in raising the productivity of the firm (Hogan, Chamorro?Premuzic and Kaiser 2013). One of the prime advantages that one employer can access by raising the team working skills among the organization is to achieve something which they cannot be attained by the firm on the work of the individuals. By abiding to better team working skills, the organization would be able to achieve its targets with greater efficiency, at a faster pace and with greater effectiveness (Ghannadian 2013). This thereby helps in producing such products, which could not have been the outcome of a single mind. Another advantage associated with the development of team working skills within an organization would be the better context of individuals. By working as a team, the members of the organization would have the mutual support of each other. There would lesser conflicts within the internal environment of the firm (Clark 2013). Mutual linkage between the employees and the employers of an organization helps in framing an efficient firm.
